The government announced its plan to get the property market moving by scrapping the stamp duty below the £175k threshold. Is this really going to get the revive the market? sound like a lot of hot air to me.
I can't see this making any difference particularly in London where the average property price is over the threshold. Maybe they should scrap it from below the £500k!!!
