From October 1st landlords will have to make an energy performance certificate (EPC) available to prospective tenants as part of the letting process!
Is this another piece of worthless documentation that we now need to administer and which no one including tenants takes any notice of. I think so!
Anyway it is here so any landlords please make sure you are prepared for the extra cost!
