There is an interesting article today about a letting agent in Liverpool who has decided to fight back against tenants not paying their rent. The agent has decided to erect a board outside the property stating "Rent Dodger Lives Here".
Whilst it is indeed extremely frustrating and financially difficult for landlords when tenants do not pay I would advise that you follow the proper channels by obtaining a possession order from the courts.
I am sure that we will see the courts frowning on this type of behavious by agents and may even invalidate any claim that you have made.
It may be tempting but I would avoid this type of action.
